Frequently asked questions

1. What makes MOBI Physical Therapy & Wellness different?

At MOBI, we provide personalized, evidence-based care for children and adults using a neuroscience-informed, biopsychosocial approach. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we take the time to understand the whole person—their physical health, life experiences, environment, and goals. Through movement, education, and individualized treatment strategies, we help clients better understand their bodies, build confidence in movement, support nervous system regulation, and achieve meaningful improvements in function, wellness, and quality of life.

2. Do you take insurance?

No. We are a cash-based practice, which allows us to provide longer, individualized sessions without restrictions from insurance companies.

3. What can I expect during my initial evaluation?

Your evaluation is a 60 minute comprehensive session that includes:

  • A movement assessment

  • 1 on 1 care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • Education on how your brain and body process pain

  • An individualized plan for treatment or wellness
Our goal is to understand your lived experience and give you clarity from day one.

Wellness sessions provide ongoing support once your active treatment plan is completed, helping you maintain progress and continue building resilience. These sessions focus on long-term comfort, confidence, and functional ease—meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.
