1. What makes MOBI Physical Therapy & Wellness different?

We specialize in a neuroscience-informed, bio-psycho-social approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand the whole person. We help patients understand why they feel what they feel and guide them through movement, education, and nervous system retraining so they can regain comfort and confidence.

2. Do you take insurance?

No. We are a cash-based practice, which allows us to provide longer, individualized sessions without restrictions from insurance companies.

3. What can I expect during my initial evaluation?

Your evaluation is a 60 minute comprehensive session that includes:

  • A movement assessment

  • 1 on 1 care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy

  • Discussion of your health history and symptoms

  • Education on how your brain and body process pain

  • An individualized plan for treatment or wellness
    Our goal is to understand your lived experience and give you clarity from day one.

4. What are wellness sessions?

Wellness sessions provide ongoing support once your active treatment plan is completed, helping you maintain progress and continue building resilience. They are also ideal for individuals who may not need formal physical therapy but benefit from guided, purposeful movement, pain-management strategies, or nervous system regulation techniques. These sessions focus on long-term comfort, confidence, and functional ease—meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.

5. Do I need a referral to begin?

No referral is required to begin physical therapy or wellness services. If symptoms persist beyond 30 days. If needed, we provide a referral form for your convenience for physical therapy services.

6. What areas do you serve?

We currently provide in-home Physical Therapy and Wellness sessions in the Schertz–New Braunfels, Texas area and surrounding communities. For individuals outside our local service area, we offer Virtual Wellness Sessions that can be accessed from anywhere, providing education, guided movement, pain-management strategies, and nervous system regulation support from the comfort of your home.
